The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

How we get the personal information and why we have it

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

We use the information that you have given us in order to identify you, and any trainees you are booking on behalf of. Dates of birth of trainees are necessary for us coaches to be able to group trainees based on age.

We may share this information with Alpine Training Centre SCIO who provide the coaching for SSC's race training.

In addition to this, the names of your trainees will appear on the pages of sessions they are booked in to, visible to other users of the booking site. You can choose to opt out of this, by unchecking the "Show booked trainee names" setting on your account page. Trainee's names are only visible to users who are logged in to the site.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

  1. Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting Bill Aitken.
  2. We have a vital interest.
